Tenang Villas has everything you want from your visit at Nusa Lembongan.

When we went to Gili Trawangan in 2015, we made a small stop with the boat in Nusa Lembongan, to pick up more passengers. Then and there we decided to visit Nusa Lembongan next time we went to Bali. And during the summer of 2017, we spent three nights in Tenang Villa which is an almost brand new villa, located on “the hill” of Jungut Batu, looking over the port and “center” of Lembongan.

Tenang Villas

Tenang Villas is perfectly located close to “everything” in Nusa Lembongan. And its location gives you the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Walking distance to the beach, the shops, the cafes and restaurant, and to the port where you will arrive and depart from.

Walk down the stairs from your villa, and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Deck (far down to the left on the picture) – our go2place for drinks and food.

Tenang Villas

Tenang Villas consists of three villas. 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. We “had” to stay at Villa 3, with 3 bedrooms, but Villa 1 and 2 will give you the best view. Villa 2 has an infinitive pool overlooking Lembongan. All three villas can be rented as a group, if you are many people traveling together.

Arriving at Nusa Lembongan is an experience by its self.

Spacious villa and helpful staff

Each villa has its own pool, spacious open living area, huge bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, and full kitchen facilities. The kitchen are serviced daily by the villa’s staff. They where also very helpful with restaurant and transport bookings. And they had many good tips as to what to do and see.

Bring cash to Lembongan

The fridge was also fully equipped with water, sodas, beer, wine and champagne. When you depart, you just pay for whatever you took from the fridge. Just remember to have cash. They don’t accept credit card. And I recommend you bring all the cash you need for your stay. There are just a few ATMs on Lembongan, and they might not always work. And even though wifi is included in the villa, don’t expect too much from it. Internet access is very limited / slow on Lembongan. Our experience was that the best wifi was at The Deck.

If you want to play music during your stay, I recommend you bring your own equipment. We brought with us the UE Megaboom Bluetooth speaker and streamed from our iPhones. There is no TV in the villa. Which is totally right. There is no need to look at a black box, when you have the most beautiful view outside.

We want to come back

We are for sure coming back to Nusa Lembongan. And Tenang Villas. The island is quiet. There are many beaches to chose from. Many places to do snorkeling. And a few good restaurants as well. We all loved staying at Tenang Villas. The only thing we regret is that we did not stay longer. Maybe next time….
