By using moalii.com you agree to the rules below. They are written for a small portfolio site, not a large shop or SaaS product — but they still matter.
Who you are dealing with
The site is operated by Mohammed Ali (moalii.com), reachable at info@moalii.com.
What you may do here
You may browse the portfolio, read articles, and contact me about projects or collaborations. Please do not try to break the site, scrape it aggressively, upload malware through the contact form, or use it in a way that harms me, other visitors, or the hosting provider.
Content on the site
Text, images, code samples, and project descriptions are mine unless stated otherwise. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy large chunks and republish them as your own work without permission. Client names or logos shown in case studies remain property of those clients.
I aim to keep information accurate, but project pages and blog posts can get out of date. Nothing here is a binding offer until we agree terms in writing (usually email or contract).
Contact form
When you submit the form you confirm the details are truthful to the best of your knowledge. Spam or abusive messages may be deleted without reply. How I handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
External links
Links to GitHub, social profiles, or third-party demos open other websites. I am not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
No guarantees
The site is provided as-is. I do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting outages, or updates may take it offline briefly. Code snippets and technical articles are shared for interest — implement them in your own projects at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, I am not liable for indirect damage (lost profit, lost data, etc.) arising from use of this website. If something goes wrong because of my gross negligence, my liability is limited to direct damage and, where relevant, capped at amounts commonly accepted for small business websites.
Paid work
These terms govern the website itself. If you hire me for development work, we will use a separate agreement or statement of work — that document wins if it conflicts with this page.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes should first be raised by email so we can sort them out directly. If that fails, competent courts in the Netherlands handle the matter unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
Changes
I can update these terms when the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
